Our process is completely online. You can schedule (and reschedule) a scan in about a minute or so.

We use the best equipment and ensure that our team members are reliable and knowledgeable about your needs.
We currently scan properties with a 2 person team. The time it takes will depend on the size of the property. Typically a 1500 sqft property will take about an hour.
Though you own and can share your virtual tour wherever you would like, we are hosting the technology within our account. After 120 days we typically archive tours. They do not get deleted and so they can be activated any time for a fee of $75. This cost is a hard cost for us as part of our Matterport account limitations.
If your property is empty, you can virtually stage the photos to show your clients what your space would look like fully furnished. This is great for properties for sale but it can be used for retail spaces, event spaces and the hospitality industry.
